The Decoy Bride

 The story of superstar actress Lara who wants to marry her British boyfriend James and thinks that the quiet Scottish Island of Hegg is the ideal place to escape the worlds press. Unfortunately a paparazzo tracks them down and Lara must find a Decoy Bride quickly! Her solution is local girl Katie, an ideal replacement but when Katie meets James, sparks fly.

SEG suggested and cleared a great selection of source tracks for the film including new tracks by artist Delta Maid, plus Ingrid Michaelson, Alan Pownall, Kate Walsh and a moving song from SEG’s Mary Leay; that all blend well with Julian Notts guitar based score. The film also features a debut song from Will Nott (Julian’s son) which plays over the end credit sequence.

In addition SEG helped secure investment in the films music budget from a major publisher.
