Biography

Benji Vaughan first made his mark in the underground world of electronica. His solo act Prometheus – which he wrote, engineered and produced – has been rocking dance floors around the world for a decade. More recently, the groundbreaking Younger Brother – an act he writes and produces with Simon Posford –has been gathering worldwide acclaim.

Vaughan is prolific and has great range. From his roots in electronic music, he has produced everything from folk to rock, hip hop to indie. He has worked with established artists The Egg, The Disco Biscuits and Sophie Barker (Zero Seven), as well as developing artists from the ground up such as the 2010 breakthrough star Twizzle.

Whatever the project, Benji always brings his unrivalled knowledge of the 21st century recording studio - and its infinite possibilities - to any session.
