Your background
University of applied science degree, preferably a Sports Management degree
Looking for first or second career step
Highly passionate about cycling. You follow the sport closely, pro men and women, U23 and junior scene. You not only have knowledge of cycling, but also experience in racing
Digital skills: you are keen on figuring out and creating new things independently
Assertive, pro-active and analytical
Winner's mentality
Proficiency in English and Dutch, being multilingual is a plus
Your job
Compiling and analysing information from clients and professional teams
Elaboration and creation of new plans
Guiding riders as a starting agent
Recruitment interviews with potential clients
Supporting agents and management
