Talent management agency SEG will acquire creative management agency SeiSei as of 1 January 2026, strengthening its focus on talent development, branding and brand partnerships. SeiSei founder Karim Erja brings long-standing experience, a proven track record and an international network, and will take on a senior strategic role within SEG. SeiSei Football, the agency’s football division, will continue to operate under its own name but will work closely with SEG Football, as the expertise and working methods of both agencies complement each other naturally.
In his new role as Partner Creative & Business Strategy Erja will develop new business domains, lead innovative projects and shape brand structures that set SEG up for long-term, sustainable growth. His background across sports, entertainment, media and technology reinforces SEG’s ambition to remain a global frontrunner in talent development and management.
Karim Erja: “What attracts me in SEG is their ambition not just to represent talent, but to build something that lasts – something that carries value beyond the individual. Dutch companies, athletes and creative minds are making a global impact: in sports, with top athletes across many disciplines; in entertainment, with DJs and formats adopted worldwide; and in art, technology and global brand building. I believe that SEG as a Dutch company will continue to play a significant role internationally. Not just marginally, but as a true leader. And that extends far beyond traditional talent management.”
Karim Erja continues: “For over twelve years, I have worked closely with Rico Verhoeven on a global level, building a proven blueprint spanning intellectual property, media value, equity and long-term career development beyond sports. This partnership will continue within SEG, with further growth potential in the booming global industry of martial arts. SEG creates the opportunity to apply that experience more broadly, across a variety of talents and industries, working together to roll out proven concepts and create long-term value across multiple disciplines.”
SEG founder Kees Vos: “SeiSei joining SEG marks a new chapter for both organisations. Karim has been active in the business for 25 years and keeps reinventing himself. He helps talent grow and translates their potential into tangible value, including intellectual property. His strength lies in building strong brands and creating long-term value for both the individual and the broader collective. We are excited to enter this next phase together.”
